Thank you for your interest in registering! We will be notified as soon as you have registered via the website. We will then register you within a few days or you will be put on the waiting list. When the registration has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email (also keep an eye on your spam box!). From that moment on we are your doctor. Then do not forget to unsubscribe from your old GP so that we can receive your medical file.

During the intake appointment, we will create an account for your patient portal.
We kindly ask that all family members register with us. Please use a separate registration form for each family member.
Family members aged 12 and older should fill out the form themselves. Each family member (including those under 12) must provide a personal email address.
Please note any special considerations under “Remarks”. Don’t forget to inform your previous GP about your switch, as this will speed up the registration process.
Practical Information
Our practice is a start-up (new) practice and will start on 1 July 2025. As a result, we are temporarily applying different opening hours. We are closed on Wednesdays. Your GP is then only available for emergencies. Your e-consultations will be answered, and you can always make an appointment by phone for the next day. On Fridays, we are open until 15:00. After 15:00 the practice can only be reached for emergencies. In that case, you will be put through to Huisartsenpraktijk Assen-West, located at Oostergracht 2 in Assen.
We are closed on weekends and public holidays. Do you have complaints that cannot wait until the next working day? Then you can visit the Huisartsenspoedpost Assen. This is by appointment only.
